I've really been enjoying this year of professional growth!
Though there have been some challenges through outside forces (pandemic related), it has been really great to be present.
I have found that each student is in a wildly different place. But isn't that the way it always happens? Maybe the divides are wider within age groups right now, but I'd rather focus on the possibilities. We can do anything as long as we keep working.
That might be a great thing for adults to remember as well. It's too soon to give up. No matter where you are at in life, you can always improve. And there are always people who will be willing to help you. You've got this!
